Freewheelers "Lot. 560 1922" 8 Pocket Engineer's Overalls (Indigo)
Vintage Classics for the 21st Century!
Here we have Freewheelers' take on the classic and highly functional denim overall! Inspired by early 20th-century overall styles worn by American engineers and workers, Freewheelers have redesigned it to make not only highly practical but also stylish garment for everyday wear!
These overalls have been constructed with Freewheeler's specially-developed 1922 style 14oz denim. Compared with their bestselling 1951 601XX model, this fabric has been yarn-dyed to create a darker, deeper indigo colour with a slight reddish tinge! Slowly woven on vintage denim machines, this fabric has the perfect amount of irregular, mild slubby texture. With time, except to see some beautiful sky-blue fading with plenty of indigo contrast!
Speaking of details, this pair has too many amazing ones to mention! This pair boasts a tonne of storage space for all your daily needs! The vintage-spec chest pockets feature an asymmetrical design with a button-enclosed pocket for storing valuables as well as an open pocket for quick and easy access. In addition to the twin waist pockets and double-fabric reinforced back pockets, this pair also features a coin pocket as well as a thigh tool pocket! Specially-developed wide-width elastic shoulder straps are secured with brass hook fittings. Finally, Freewheelers have used contrasting lightweight denim for the tool loop and inner waistband for extra durability!
If you are looking for the Rolls-Royce of true vintage-style denim overalls, Freewheelers is it!
