Studio D'Artisan D1838 14oz "Mt.Fuji" Denim (Relaxed Tapered Fit)

Size Guide
Inspired by the legendary symbol of Japan - MT. FUJI!

Known as Fuji-san in Japan, SDA have taken inspiration from this cultural icon to create a new amazing denim for ya'll to enjoy!

The 14oz denim fabric has been slowly woven on a vintage Toyoda G3 machine to produce an amazing slubby textured fabric. The warp yarns have been grand indigo-dyed, with time you will see some beautiful ageing contrast as the lighter indigo colours pop through!

The real magic of this denim is in the details! This features an extra thick cowhide leather patch embossed with the Mt. Fuji design. The silver-grey weft yarns and selvedge I.D represent the rocky face of Mt. Fuji, while the yoke is lined with a specially developed sashiko fabric so you can enjoy two kinds of indigo ageing! Finally, the denim fabric is made constructed with 2% rayon material that has been mixed with lava from Mt. Fuji! This is said to have anti-bacterial and deodorising qualities to keep you fresh during everyday wear!

This pair of denim is chain stitch constructed using vintage machines, and hidden back pocket rivets have been used for added durability and longevity!
